 		Victor has 27 years in the management of delivery and the commercial management of complex multi-disciplinary projects for both the private and public sector, with over 10 years managing projects on the London Underground system.

Previously undertaking roles for Crossrail, Network Rail, Metronet and Tube Lines, Victor has delivered a wide range of projects from system wide to component level and from inception to commissioning.  Previous projects include:
  • Project Controls Manager for C156 Crossrail North Woolwich and Plumstead Portals Design Team
  • National Project Manager (NPM) Tenanted Arch Examinations at Network Rail
  • Project Manager the Design Team for LU CTP  Stage C Design Contract for 5 Stations on the Central Line
